What we store
- Your account: your username, and your password as a salted, one-way hash (never the password itself). Recovery codes are stored the same way.
- Your keys and time: the keys you redeemed, when, and when your time runs out.
- Your PC lock: three hardware IDs from your PC (Windows install, motherboard and boot disk). They are scrambled with a one-way hash on your PC before they're sent, so we never see the real serial numbers.
- Sign-in details: your IP address, the country it comes from, and your StarCorp app version, each time you log in or the app checks in.
- Login history: logins, failed logins, redeemed keys and account changes. Kept for 90 days.
- Discord (only if you link it): your Discord ID, name and profile picture. We don't keep access to your Discord account.
Why we store it
- To run your account and license: check your password, your key time and your PC lock.
- To keep accounts safe: stop password guessing, spot logins from unexpected places, and show you your own activity.
- To help you: support can find your account, reset your PC lock or password, and answer questions.
Cookies
This website uses one cookie, only when you log in to your dashboard, to keep you signed in. It lasts up to 30 days or until you log out. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. It is stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and Discord is involved only if you choose to link your Discord account.
How long we keep it
Login history is deleted after 90 days. Your account details are kept while your account exists.
Your choices
- You can unlink Discord at any time in the app's Settings or on your dashboard.
- To see, correct or delete your data, open a ticket on our Discord.
